ContractorLienDispute is a document preparation service. We provide an automated tool that helps you generate a demand letter based on the information you provide. All document generation occurs entirely within your web browser.

ContractorLienDispute is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Use of this service does not create an attorney-client relationship. The documents generated by this service are based on templates and the information you provide. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for: the accuracy of the information you enter into the form; reviewing and verifying the generated document before sending it; consulting with an attorney if you are unsure about your legal rights or obligations; and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws when using the generated document.

Accuracy of Legal Information

Payment and Refunds

The fee for generating a document is $9.99, processed securely by Stripe, Inc. All sales are final. Because the document is generated and delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds. A free preview of your document is available before purchase so you can review it prior to paying.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContractorLienDispute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the document.

No Guarantees of Outcome

Generating and sending a demand letter does not guarantee any particular outcome. The recipient may or may not comply with your demand. ContractorLienDispute makes no representations or warranties regarding the effectiveness of any document generated using this service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
